Refund policy

Returns
Due to food safety regulations, there are no returns accepted for our edible cake decorations for "change of mind" reasons. However, our policy does not limit your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Damages & Issues
If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours. In accordance with the CGA, we will provide a full refund or reship the correct item at no cost.
