Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges
Due to food safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for our edible cake decorations for "change of mind" reasons. However, our policy does not limit your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. In these instances, we will cover any return shipping costs and provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
